Inés Portell was born in Palma de Mallorca in 1984. She studied interior design at the Design Superior of the Balearic Islands and was awarded the extraordinary prize for the best final project.

Ines obtained a scholarship to expand her studies at the “Institut d’Innovació Empresarial de les Illles Balears” and carried out postgraduate studies at Central Saint Martins in London and at the Domus Academy in Milan.

Ines has worked as a freelance designer doing all types of projects: residential, commercial spaces, window dressing and ephemeral designs. She has collaborated with companies such as Dior, Hermes perfumes, Barceló Hoteles and Mango.

Ines complements her professional activity with teaching, teaching degree design studies at the Balearic Higher School and as collaborator of entities such as the CAEB, IDI and numerous municipalities of the Balearic Islands.

Currently, her career focuses on hotel, commercial and residential projects with a style that is always personal but adapted to the needs of every client.
