This project is the design of a semi-detached housing reform more than 100 years old located in the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca.
The main idea is based on the elimination of partitions enclose unnecessarily large existing rooms and thereby provide greater brightness at the gaps remodeling space.
The palette consists of concrete materials used , oiled oak and white as base color. Also there have been some touches of color in furniture and details both inside and outside creating a relationship between both parties.
The end result is a much more bright, open and casual home.
